Class

Last Wednesday I went to a studio/gym with a friend both to be social and to get the exercise! :) I hoped I would do ok of course, hehe.

I just have on problem when I'm in these classes - I go ALL the way no matter how much I am capable of doing and not to say how long I can keep up. So I went for it as usual. Thankfully we were only the three of us there, hihi... I didn't get beaten and I didn't have to give up, but I had a decent workout!
It started with a step-warm up, which I have never done, and the rest was strength exercises. I now know what I need to wrok on, haha...: Upper abs and butt, and somewhat thighs. I ROCK on lower abs and back, hehe.
The whole thing was fun! :D Gotta do this again! :D

Other than that I'm still keeping up my exercising, getting back on the horseback too, that's a great workout, and I'm getting better now just after two times! :D Love it! :D
