I'm not busy at all these days. :P
Well, since last time I've gotten my groove on with Kali, been at a couple of classes they have had up at Gjøvik, so finally getting into it more, and I love it!! :D Hopefully I'll be able to participate on a regular basis. Hoping to go to their seminar mid-September! :)
Other than that, trying to keep up with eating right and working out on my own. Was a little sick, which threw me off a little, but ate right and got back on my feet. Right now I feel like I need to focus on school though, but I'll try my best to be disciplined and stay on track with my work-outs!
Tried my first REAL "markløft" the other day, I can still feel my back working on that, haha. Did 50kg to start with, I'll try 60 next time and see how that goes, I just need to make sure I work my back in between, which I have so far :)
But, gotta go, school is calling! Later! :)
