Made it!

Things have not been good this past week, but I pulled myself out of it, thank goodness! And I also have found a workout partner!
Another one of the Norwegian girls here needs to work out 3 times a week, so we will be swimming two times a week, and running once a week. Gonna try to get her into some lifting too, hihi, but we'll see.

Went swimming with my partner yesterday, and are also going today. Gonna take it a little easy on the swimming and then lift some after! If my back doesn't kill me, the yogaclass, the swimming and the lack of sleep is not good for my back, it gets a little tired, so need to be careful. My knee is also doing some weird stuff, but i think I'll be fine if I just think about it.

Evening meals are f***** up, but fixing that as we speak ;)
