Btw

Forgot to post how far I swam and stuff:
Friday I went 900 yards, which is a little over 800m.
Staurday I went 500 yards, which is ca. 450m.

The fun part is that it really doesn't feel like it's that far, which means I must be in an ok shape! :D Goal is to do 1 mile per week, which is 1760m, hehe. Let's hope that's not too far ahead! :)

Diet is also better these days, getting back on track, hehe. Wohooo! :)
