Getting sick - AGAIN??

Man, I don't like this.... I proabably didn't get my share of rest the past three weeks... My bad I guess. Aaaaanyway:

- Worked out with Tessa Thursday, that was hillarious, hihi.... I dragged her to the free-weight room, where neither of us have been before. My inspiration was the new Norwegian girl that came here, she is liftrs weights every day!!! :D But then she got sick, so we had to go on our own, which wass sp funny, we took pics and stuff, haha... So here I am, working out with all the big guys!!!



We were both a little embarrased and felt silly, but there a first time for everything, right...? Yup! :D

I probably shouldn't have worked out though... Today I am sore (which is kinda good, hehe) and feeling crappy... So taking it easy now before tour and all. Maybe I'll do some yoga with Tessa tonight.
This weekend will be just resting and singing and trying to do homework! :D *happy-happy joy-joy*

Diet is FAB today, I am finally managing to think through when I am doing what and what I need for my level of activities. I just ate a slice of bread with turkey on it, and a kiwi plus some nuts/fruit-mix, and in almost two hours I will be going to Tessa bringing either a couple of soups for us, or some bread and goat cheese, hehe.... We were supposed to work out big time today, but no can do in the shape I am in... So either I talk her into going on her own, or we do homework and relax. (Voting for relaxing :P)

Man, this is busy!

When I don't update my blogs you know I'm busy, hehe...
Alrrright, lets try to sum up here:

- Hm, I think maybe I went swimming with Tessa again Thursday. Maybe.

- I also think I was on the treadmill/eliptical Friday. Yes I was, not sure if I remember what I did though, but I think I worked out pretty hard that day, had good guts and a lot of motvation! Over 2 miles at least, worked intervals if I remember right.

- Had no time to work out in the weekend, went to Alexandria and Lyle to sing at his church!

- Monday I worked out a bit after spanish, did the strength machines, jogged a little first. Hadn't had anything to eat for quite a while, so took it easy.

- Tuesday is swimming-day as usual, swam 800 miles, felt the workout from yesterday, plus I seemed a little tired/sleepy, body wasn't all there. Hmf.
I also stopped by to say hi to a newly arrived norwegian girl, and it turns out she lifts weights!!! So I will be going with her tomorrow, looking forward to it!! :D

- Yoga was canceled today :( Have a soar throat, so just gonna do some light exercises in the appartment. Was planning on doing Burpees, but think that's a bad idea atm.

Diet is still to large, MAN it's hard to think ahead and plan sometimes. Anyway, gotta loose weight before going on tour so my black pants fit, so NO MERCY from now on!!!! ;)

Alriiight!

I have come up with a brilliant plan - and as long as I am efficiant with my homework, it might actually work out! Hehe... Yeah, I know. Me, efficiant? Well, we'll see! I hope to do what I kind of did this fall, when I did cardio every other day, and strength training the other days. So far this week:

- Went to the gym before spanish tutoring Monday night, and worked on the weight machines for a little over half an hour. With warm-ups that is. My abs are getting pretty strong, just wish it would show more, hehe... But it's coming along! ;)

- Tuesday I went swimming again, swam 800 yards/half a mile. Played around a lot, hihi. My crawl is definitely getting better though, I don't gasp for breath on my good side that much any more, and I swam an entire side on my bad side witout giving up and cheating too, hihi. And it was good to feel that I had wroked out yesterday, my arms were a little sore! :)

Dietwise I am still doing good, I am living by the 90% rule these days. And I have found out that itæs not as much WHAT I eat, but HOW MUCH I eat, espcially evening/night time. So today (Tuesday) I grabbed some choclate cake, hehe. But it's aaaaall good! :P

I doubt I will have time to exercise tomorrow, unless I do it in between classes, hm.... I'll think about that one.

Trying to shape up

Because I am so freaking busy these days, it's sometimes hard to find time to exercise.

- Tuesday I swam 1000 yards with Tessa again :)

- Thursday I went on the elliptical because both my swimming partners stood me up, *h-hm*, what do you have to say to your own defense here Tessa and Momoko??? :P *giggle* I did my thing anyway :)

- Friday Tessa and I was suppsoed to go salsa-dancing, but stuff happened, so that didn't turn out the way we planned, haha. Read my other blog! ;)

- Sunday Momoko and I swam a tiny bit (600 yards), I was too bored to continue on my own when she left, hehe. But I was a little tired after the last of this week, so just as well I suppose!

Diet is well, I am eating healthier, but I still need to cut down on the amount of food, especially those days I am not working out. I am still enjoying my avocado, hihi... And found that more people like it too, hihi... I haven't been as good about making salads the past week, but it's all good. :P At least I'm not eating burgers all day! ;)
