Post-tour week
Got a little sick because of a bad diet and stuff, but worked out for 30min (ekiptical) on Thursday morning, felt AWESOME! Did, and have been doing situps and stuff on a regular basis too.
Sunday I wenst swimming, swam 800 yards; could have gone longer, but didn't really have time and didn't want to push my health either. Felt good, light, working more on technique.
Today I finally got to the grocery store for real, bought my salad ingredients and stuff, så now it's back to basics! :D
