Update again
Ok, so I haven't been very good at writing on this site this fall - I'm sorry! But I think it's most for my own sake either way, hehe.
Anyway, I have a good routine on things these days - as long as I have time I try to work out every day. My eating is not perfect, but pretty good. I love getting muscles, and hope I have time to really "work on them" in the time coming! :D
And I'm still into Kali, and I love it more and more! :D When I walk to my gym I bring my sticks so I can twirl on the way back and forth, hihi.
I'll post a pic maybe this coming week if I get someone to take a pic while I'm flexing! :P Maybe my new BF will help me out, hihi..... (Check out my other site here)
He is at a grappling seminar in Tønsberg this weekend, and I was supposed to come intil I checked my financial situation, hehe.... Will be more of those though, and I have another one I'll go to in two weeks, on stickfighting and stuff!
Yesterday I signed up for a personal round on the machines to work out a program, looking forward to it! It's on Monday in a week, will be nice. :)
Yesterday I did my friends program, worked my arms pretty good, and already feel progress since last time I did it! Today I'm going swimming, and tomorow I'll be going horseback riding, and hopefully I'll get time for Bodypump at night! :D
