Busy week!

This week has been very busy - at least that's how it turned out to be as I kept procastinating stuff a little. So besides the yoga the only workout I did was
Monday, when Tessa and I went swimming (swam 700yards).
So yesterday i decided I needed to get that workout, so I went and had to stay up until 1 am to finish my homework, hehe. But it was worth it!

- Started out with a gentle jog for 5 min
- Did Tabata running style, pushing the last 20 seconds to 25 seconds :)
- Jogged another 11 min before walking it off for a few minutes. 18.5 minutes in all, 1.9 miles.
- Strength training on arms, getting stronger! :)
- Also did 50x50kg plus 10x60kg on the ab machine, and a few reps on the low back machine.

Diet is getting better, but it's HARD to stay away from desert after dinner these days, I like cookies and cakes, what can I say..? Hehe. Beginning of week was good, weight was dropping. Then Cecily brought choclate chip cookies in to the appartment, hehe. But ate them one day for lunch, and have stayed away since! :D
And I need to go shopping...!! ;)
