Saturday

My body is feeling a little tired, probably from not getting enough sleep, and from the fact that I feel like I'm gonna get a cold.... Anyway:

- Sat on the bike for 23min, went a little over 4miles, light workout today.
- Lifted by using the machines. Couldn't do as well as I usually do on some of them, so... Eat more eggs? :P

Dietwise I am doing better now I think, but as it was Saturday I took a few cookies at DS after dinner ;) But I feel like I'm more back on trcak now, so it's all good.

If you are wondering why I'm standing a little weird, it's because I have scoliosis, aka a crooked back, so I can't really help it! :S
