Update!
Finally I had time to write a little more!
Here is how this week has been so far:
Monday
- Nothing happened. Diet-wise it was really good thoug! :D Also made a list where I will keep track of my weighings morning and bedtime. Kind of a motivator :)
Tuesday
- Felt guilty for not working out for two days, so decided to get up early and go for a run. So that's what i did, hehe. Ran for 25min, 2.25 miles I think.
- Also had yoga class as usual - this time she decided to make it based on more strengthening exercises, so today was not the best day to ahve gone for a morning jog. My thighs and but were screaming, haha.
Wednesday
- Muscles were definitely sore from yoga and running yesterday, hoho!
- Went to Olson with Cecily, was on the eliptical machine for 20min, 1.5miles. WOW, that thing works ass and thigs, plus, it's not so bad for your joints ;) So gonna do that more than treadmill for sure!
- On the treadmill for 8-9min, 0.6miles
- Worked on the weightmachines too, I LOVE the abdominal worker, hihi. Feeling a little stronger overall, but didn't lift a whole lot more than I usually do.
Thursday
- Stressful day, had to run back and forth between classes and stuff, worked up a sweat, haha. So going to yoga I felt a little hungry!
- Yoga as usual :) Still sore from Tuesday, and today definitely didn't help, haha. Body was a little tired, felt unfocused now and then, but all in all a pretty ok class.
Dietting (that is; keeping away from candy and cookies) these days is not a problem - but I eat like a horse. HELP! Haha... So we'll see how things go!
