Improvement

I've been working out more or less for 2,5 weeks now, and I can really see the progress! My abs definitely have more definition, and are strong as hell :P Now I just need to get rid of the fat on top of it - not that it's THAT much there, but you know, hehe.
I'm learning boxing now too, as well as Kali, and I can't wait to do more of it! I practise eery day more or less, and I love it! I just wish I had someone to practice with, as som of the things are kind of hard to do on your own. But I manage, hehe.

I keep jogging and doing my exercises, plus martial arts stuff of course. And yesterday I bought protein powder, SO weird, haha...... Not using too much as I'm not doing that much weight stuff yet. Food wise I'm doing awesome, buying new things to try, even made food for mom and dad the other day :D

Truly back in business

It feels so good to work out again, and to be able to run OUTSIDE in the forest!!! :D I have been able to work out every day since I got back, except one free-day a week of course. My body is a little bit in work-out shock I think, hehe.

Today I ran the little round on Tangen, it's way too short for me, so I ended it with some intervals running uphill. I was gone for almost 30min, which means I use 20min running around, which is a little short. not sure what to do about it, hm.... it's boring running the same round twice too! I guess I'll put in more intervals as I go along, it's a better strength-work-out anyway, hehe.

Got back, did some ab and back exercises! Gonna do more when Anders gets back from work, I need some help with some of the ab exercises.
My arms are a little tired from last work out, plus I use them when doing some ab exercises, so gonne leave them today I think. Going to the beach later to swim, so they'll get some work-out then, hehe.

Now I need to do some dishes, later!

Back to scratch

One month in Peru, and I lost 5kg. I don't know whether I should laugh or cry, but I choose to smile and keep going!!!!
My realtionship to food got so unhealthy it was ridiculous, and I never thought it would go back to normal - but I'm getting pretty darn close...!

I also started working out again, and have more motivation than in a LONG time, so this should be smooth sailing from here..! I love being this active, today (after working out for 1,5-2 hours) I helped my dad tear down a fence (I actually did most of the actual tearing) and I found that I love being practiacal - and I guess I already knew, but I confirmed it then..! :) So give me something to do! ;)

Back to eating every two-three hours, and this time I can do it, hehe.... Metabolism went up after two days, and now it's racing, haha.... So I'm sticking to it for now! Wish me luck!
