Getting sick
Yesterday I planned on swimming, but since I've been feeling like I'm building a cold, i thought I'd be better off not doing anything. So I just did a few sit-ups and push-ups before going to bed.
Today I'll be going to yoga class, and I think that's enough exercise for today as I am getting sick. Don't want to push it farther than I need to!
I ate like crazy last night, yogurt and wheat thins. Oh my. But at least I am getting rid of it so I don't have anything to snack on. And I'm not buying wheat thins anymore, they are waaaay too addictive. No use in eating healthy if you're just eating a LOT either, so my new trick is chewing gum and cough-drops, hehe.
Anyway, crossing my fingers for that cold, hoping it won't break out for real!
