Work, work, work

Since last time I have been to a Viking camp where th only working out I did was rowing th Viking boat a couple of times, hehe. Then I got back and started working right away - and I worked all week. Because of all the slacking the week before my energy level was so low I couldn't even work out too much. Now that I have caught up with sleep and gotten some work-outs in, I'm a lot happier, but still tired. So hopefully it'll pick up soon!

I finally got th iFORM-dvd with back- and ab work-outs, so did on of those after a fast walk yesterday. 30min one is too short, or not intense enough, gotta try th 45min one!
Today I went biking and it was kind of nice, except all the crazy cars along the highway, hehe.
I can't WAIT to get a membership at a gym!!!!!!!!! Just gotta know where I'm ending up living first........

Class

Last Wednesday I went to a studio/gym with a friend both to be social and to get the exercise! :) I hoped I would do ok of course, hehe.

I just have on problem when I'm in these classes - I go ALL the way no matter how much I am capable of doing and not to say how long I can keep up. So I went for it as usual. Thankfully we were only the three of us there, hihi... I didn't get beaten and I didn't have to give up, but I had a decent workout!
It started with a step-warm up, which I have never done, and the rest was strength exercises. I now know what I need to wrok on, haha...: Upper abs and butt, and somewhat thighs. I ROCK on lower abs and back, hehe.
The whole thing was fun! :D Gotta do this again! :D

Other than that I'm still keeping up my exercising, getting back on the horseback too, that's a great workout, and I'm getting better now just after two times! :D Love it! :D

Stomach acting up

I can't eat cakes and cookies anymore without getting almost diarrhea or similar, sooo.... STAY AWAY! ;)

Working out more regularly again, it's tough, just cause I'm so busy!
Yesterday I went hosbackriding, fun and MAN it was a real work-out, we went riding in the "paddock", working the horses a bit, but I gave up way before the horse, wow..... It's really true that there is an own stamina for riding horses. Plus, it's been AGES! *hihi*
I also started the day with yoga and dance, AND I went for a little walk and a very small swim (COLD water), so I'm petty tired today! I'm still planning on doing some stuff though.

Now it's time for food :)

Up and down

Travelling and keeping a strict diet is really hard, and so is exercising. So it's been a bit up and down the past week, plus, there was a wedding (and I was week), so.... probably gained a little, but muscle mass is still there and growing, so no worries.
Lower abs are getting real clear now, it's fun, hihi.... Doing what I usualy do, improving my technique to push myself harder - on everything. Food is as I said a little shaky right now, but I'll work it out! ;D
